South Orlando FL Chiropractor Poses a

We all know that we should be eating plenty of vegetables and fruits for optimal health in South Orlando FL, but the big question is: Are you eating enough of them? Most people will answer NO to this important question. Getting all of your servings of vegetables and fruits you need every day can be hard; one way that has helped me is to get some fruits and veggies in the morning as part of breakfast, in the form of a giant green smoothie. I try to use more vegetables than fruits to keep my sugar down, and I eat fruit as part of a snack later in the day so I don’t need too much in the morning. I have had to play around with the combinations to find one I like the best, don’t be afraid to try new things, and don’t let the color of the smoothie deter you too much. I have noticed my energy level increase after drinking my morning smoothie after only a week. I have been enjoying my green smoothie as part of my breakfast, along with a few eggs, every morning for the last few months.
My South Orlando FL breakfast smoothie:
- 2 single stalks of celery
- ½ cucumber
- ¼ beet
- 1 large carrot
- ½ avocado (sometimes)
- Handful spinach (frozen)
- 1 large banana (frozen)
- 1 cup blueberries (frozen)
- Few shaves of ginger (frozen)
- Splash of lemon juice
- Cold water (I add the water slowly until I get the consistency that I want while blending)
