South Orlando FL Chiropractor's Go To Breakfast
This meal is packed with protein, healthy fat, and tons of vegetables. This breakfast gives me a ton of energy in South Orlando FL and is light enough to not weigh me down.
Green Smoothie in South Orlando FL
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 big handfuls of frozen spinach or kale
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 large carrot
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- 1 serving a SP Complete (supplement I carry in my office)
I then add cold water until I get the right consistency
After the smoothie is made I warm up a pan for the eggs…
3-4 wholes eggs cooked in coconut oil: Don’t be afraid of the fat in the yolk or the oil. This is where most of the nutrition is found and the healthy fat will keep you feeling full longer. Eggs are one of the healthiest foods in my opinion.
